Clipper Island was created as a title on 27 May 2018<ref name="Elevation">Elevation of Peers at MantiCon 2018 at the TRMN Forums </ref> when Commodore Sir Mark Gledhill was created as Baron Clipper Island at MantiCon 2018 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
