BuTrain Order 078-17 was issued on 23 October 2017 by the Regent of the Star Kingdom University System. This order appointed the Chief of Staff of the SKUS.

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Anderson (RMN-3569-15) to the position of Chief of Staff, of the Star Kingdom University System. Petty Officer 2nd class Anderson is hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (O-4), RMN.
Commander Anderson, you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Regent of the Star Kingdom University System, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Chief of Staff of the Star Kingdom University System.
