Lieutenant Commander Lloyd,
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard GNS Mercy (DD-43), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown, relieving Captain Lord Martyn Griffiths, GSN, Steadholder Pittman. Fail not inthis charge at your peril.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express its appreciation to Steadholder Pittman for his service as Commanding Officer.
