Admiralty Order 2307-05 was issued July 10th, 2023 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. This order gives the maximum of ribbons worn.

Due to the nature of Ribbon Racks, the Maximum Award Ribbons authorized for wear on the left chest area of any Uniform of any Branch within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc, is thirty-two.
The Maximum Award Ribbons authorized for wear on the right chest area of any Uniform of any Branch is six. The authorized awards for the right side include, in no particular order, the List of Honor (Both Personal and Chapter), the Meritorious Unit Citation, the Royal Unit Citation, Protector’s Unit Citation for Gallantry, and the Meritorious Unit Award
