Effective January 22, 2020, Lieutenant Commander Rowan M.R. Wagstaff-Weston, GSN (RMN-1610-13) is appointed to the position of Commandant of the SIA Advanced Tactical Center and is promoted to the rank of Captain (O-6).
Captain Wagstaff-Weston, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the SIA Advanced Tactical Center to assume Command as Commandant. Congratulations!
