Effective as of 0001 Hours on 10 November 2018, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of SMS Zweihänder (Z-129), This is a Dolch-class Destroyer and is assigned to Tenth Fleet (Mountain View, California, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to SMS Zweihänder (Z-129):
