BuShips Directive 1611-02 was issued 04 November 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes the command staff of |GNS Randolph Candless.

By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, SC, OR, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are appointed under your command within the following capacities:
- S3C Brian A. Howard, RMN, (RMN-3671-16) is appointed as Executive Officer, and is subsequently breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above orders are effective on this date, 04 November 2016.
