Admiralty Order 1707-05

Admiralty Order 1707-05 was issued July 24th, 2017 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. This order amends the promotion point system now utilzed in The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..

Re:	Promotion Points Addendum (Admiralty Order 1707-05)

The following addendums will be added to Admiralty Order 1707-01:

CIVILIANS The Civilian Ranks (C) will require points equal to the Naval contingents in the following manner:

The Civilian 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 course, not including the core courses, will be worth 1 point each. The Civilian 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 Core Courses will be worth 2 points each.

SPHINXIAN FORESTRY COMMISSION

The Cadets in the Sphinxian Forestry Service are promoted based on age group. They do not require points for promotion. Their points should still be calculated, as they will begin using points once they are moved out of the cadet programs.

Adults in the Sphinxian Forestry Commission will be required to have points, as per AO 1707-01, amended by AO 1707-05
