}}}} was a Havoc-class Destroyer within Second Fleet. Commanded by CAPTSG Michael Flanagan, Hotspur claimed Rantoul, IL as her charter city.
History
HMS Hotspur first commissioned under the command of Commander Sherman Day, as a part of Second Fleet out of Michigan City, IN.<ref name="BSD141008">BuShips Directive 1410-08</ref> In less than half a year, however, this iteration of Hotspur was returned to the Active Reserve as the crew upgraded to {{#if:hcn

}}}} in April of 2015.<ref name="BSD150407">BuShips Directive 1504-07</ref>
Two years later, in April of 2017, Hotspur recommissioned under then-Commander Michael Flanagan, once more returning to Second Fleet, this time out of Rantoul, IL.<ref name="BSD170405">BuShips Directive 1704-05</ref> Almost immediately that same month, she was moved from independent operations to Task Group 22.1, where she remained for the remainder of her tour of duty. <ref name="ND17APR03">Naval Directive 17APR-03</ref> So noteworthy was this tour that the hull was issued the RMU in 2018, for reasons outlined below. However, all good things must end, and in September of 2022, Hotspur was once more returned to the Active Reserve, as the crew which had inhabited that hull for five years moved on to {{#if:hcn

}}}}. <ref name="BSD2209-02">BuShips Directive 2209-02</ref> This iteration, it should be noted, also attended Capricon 2020.
