My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 29, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Hotspur, DD-02. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Second Fleet, based in Michigan City, IN.

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Hotspur, DD-02:

• Commander Sherman Day (and assigned as CO of HMS Hotspur)
• Lieutenant, s.g. R. Al Hood (and assigned as XO of HMS Hotspur)
• CPO Joshua Binder (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Hotspur)
• Spacer 3rd Class Ursula Day
• Spacer 3rd Class Matt Dodgen
• Spacer 3rd Class Amanda Ritthale

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• R. Al Hood to Lieutenant, senior grade
• Joshua Binder to Chief petty Officer
