Captain Wagstaff-Weston:
Having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of Protector Benjamin Mayhew IX, the will of the Conclave, and by nomination and selection by your peers, you are hereby appointed as COMMANDING OFFICER aboard the Grayson Naval Ship Covington (C-02), there to serve for a period of two (2) years.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you as GNS Covington’s first Commanding Officer! Further details concerning your appointment, as well as your duties and privileges, may be found in Protector’s Policy Directive 1001.
