Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 23, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Cerberus (CLAC-42), under the command of Captain, s.g. James Jones. This is Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Ceres, CA.

Clarifications
James Jones is actually breveted to Captain, senior grade NOT Commodore as mentioned at one point in my original post.
