As of the date of this Order, the following is the pay scale for the Royal Manticoran Navy:
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Spacer 3rd Class Shane Cobel, to the role of Consul General-at-large to other non-specified fan groups. This will change over time to focus his efforts. His responsibility will acting as an ambassador and liaison between The Royal Manticoran Navy and these Groups. In addition, commensurate with this position, Shane Cobel is hereby promoted to the rank of Commander in the Royal Manticoran Navy.

All pay currently subject to stoppage due to the ongoing Solarian Conflict.

Once pay resumes, deductions will be made for necessaries, including, but not limited to, uniforms, FTL R&D, Weapons R&D, Accent deduction, Keyhole Drone replacement costs, Fleet cat feeding costs, resulting in a net pay per RMN personnel of 0 Swedish fish per year.
