| Re: | HOD 0003-25 Appointment of Merchant Marine Union President |
The Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine hereby appoints Justin Garrett ( RMN-6681-21) as Union President for the merchant marine.
President Garrett, you shall maintain your travels to places merchant spacers can be found, using the GSN Barbara Bancroft as you current mode of transportation.
President Garrett, you are also hereby promoted to C-10, Union President, effective 6 March 2025
