A company is a military unit used in The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN) by the Royal Manticoran Army and the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.
In canon, a company is a subsidiary unit of a battalion made up of 100-200 soldiers or marines commanded by a lieutenant. The company is in turn made up of platoons.

For Atmospheric Command units, a squadron is the equivalent to ground force companies.
A company is a Tier 3 chapter. The required minimum complement is:[1]
3+ Total members
CO: Captain (O-3)
NCOIC: Master Sergeant (E-7)
Plus at least one additional member with no minimum rank.
Strike Company
Strike Company is the TRMN nomenclature given to a Tier 4 chapter, with a required minimum complement as follows:
6+ Total members
CO: Major (O-4)
XO: Captain (O-3)
NCOIC: Master Sergeant (E-7)
Plus at least three additional members with no minimum rank.
Chapter nomenclature
RMA chapters have regimental names,[2] so a Tier 3 chapter portrays a subsidiary company of the named regiment.
Example: First Battalion Shadow Vale Regiment, Alpha Company.
For a Tier 4 chapter:

A shipboard Marine Detachment (MarDet) may be company sized.
