As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby name Captain, j.g. Michael Malotte as Chief of Staff to the First Space Lord, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto:
Additionally, Captain Malotte is hereby promoted to the rank of Commodore, effective immediately.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 07-SEP-17
