As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III and on behalf of the Protector, Benjamin IX, I hereby make the following change of command for Destroyer Division 413 (DesDiv 413):
Lieutenant Commander Neil Simpson, is hereby directed to take up the duties as Commanding Officer for DesDiv 413.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 12-APR-17
