BuSup Directive 1810-15 was issued 15th October 2018 under the authority of the Seventh Space Lord. It appoints a Non Commissioned Officer In Charge of Intelligence to the Bureau of Supply.

This order appoints a Non Commissioned Officer In Charge of Intelligence to the Bureau of Supply.
The duties of the NCOIC Intelligence are as follows:
- Liaison with any sub branch of The Royal Manticoran Navy that doesn't have a Bureau of Supply liaison appointed by the 7th Space Lord
- Liaison with the officers of other Space Lords or departments as needed
- Acting as a backup if an appointed Liaison is absent or unable to participate
- Keeping an eye out for new staff members as branches expand to the level that would warrant that
- Liaising with assigned external suppliers and partners to ensure a coherent approach to merchandising
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the 7SL
It is my pleasure, as of this date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Senior Chief Petty Officer David Melsome MC, SC, OR, CGM, Steadholder Maelstromm, to the position of NCOIC Intelligence to the Seventh Space Lord.
Fail not in your duties at your own peril. Be prepared for the constant liaising between the liaising liaisons and the liaised parties. Senior Chief Melsome, you are hereby ordered to the Admiralty House – Landing, Manticore. Post haste, where you will assume the duties of NCOIC Intelligence of the Seventh Space Lord.
