BuShips Directive 2105-01 was issued on 5 May 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Reliant (BC-401).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 05 May 2021, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Reliant (BC-401). This is a Reliant-Class Battlecruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet AOR (Winston Salem, North Carolina).
The following Royal Manticoran Navy personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Reliant (BC-401):
- CAPT(SG) Mark Polanis (assigned as CO)
- CDR Christopher Carter (assigned as XO)
- CPO Lynn Holiman (assigned as Bosun)
- CDR Joshua Bailey
- CDR Gideon Deschain
- CDR Samantha Martin

The following Royal Manticoran Marine Corps personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Reliant (BC-401):
The following Sphinx Forestry Commission, and civilian personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Reliant (BC-401):
Subsequent to the re-commissioning, HMS Justicar (CA-404) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
