BuShips Directive 1209-05 was issued 19 September 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command and crew assignments for HMS Galahad.

Order Text

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on September 19, 2012, it is my duty to announce the change of command and crew reassignments for HMS Galahad, DD-478. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lieutenant Commander Rochelle Weber, assigned as CO of HMS Galahad
• Lieutenant, s.g. Scott McAllister, assigned as XO of HMS Galahad
• Chief Petty Officer Mark Tassin, assigned as Bosun of HMS Galahad

Remaining crew is unchanged except for those reassigned to HMS Musashi.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Rochelle Weber to Lieutenant Commander, assigned as CO of HMS Galahad
• Scott McAllister to Lieutenant, s.g., assigned as XO of HMS Galahad
• Mark Tassin to Chief Petty Officer, assigned as Bosun of HMS Galahad
