BuPers Directive 2012-02 was issued on 28 Dec 2020 under the authority of the Fifth Space Lord. This directive assigns the Yeoman of the Office of Member Services.

On this day, December 28th, 2020 it is my proud duty to inform you that the 5th Space Lord, Sir David Misener, wishes to officially offer you the position of Yeoman within the Office of Member Services - Bureau of Personnel.
S1C Todoroff: You are hereby directed to proceed immediately to the Bureau of Personnel, Admiralty House, Landing, Manticore to take up your duties as the Office of Member Services’ Yeoman. As befitting the position, you are hereby promoted from Spacer 1 st Class to the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class, Grayson Space Navy.
You are to report to the Bureau of Personnel Chief of Staff, CDRE Canon to get set up before reporting to the Director, Office of Member Services, FK Geoffrey Zoeller, GCE, GS, IAN, to receive further direction regarding your new duties. Do not fail in the execution of these orders as to avoid any punishment by your seniors in the Royal Manticoran Navy or the Grayson Space Navy.
On a personal note, I would like to congratulate you on your selection for this posting. I am looking forward to working with you.
