FORCECOM Order 2307-B was issued 7 July 2023 by COMFORCECOM. It established the Phoenix Regiment, a component of the Sixth Expeditionary Force.

Re:	Establishment and Activation of the Phoenix Regiment (26RGT) (FORCEORDER 2307-B)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following Regimental activation effective 7 July 2023.

Marine Forces Command hereby activates The Phoenix Regiment (26th RMMC Regiment), and places the following Marines in command:

Commanding Officer – Colonel Larry French, RMMC
Deputy Commanding Officer – Colonel Robert Folden, RMMC – Baron Black Thunder
Regimental Sergeant Major – Colonel David Bailey

I hereby authorize the following brevets under Corps Directive 02-2204 and Corps Directive 03-2204:

None

David Bailey has agreed to take a reduction in rank to Regimental Sergeant Major (E-10) to hold the billet of Regimental Sergeant Major for the Phoenix Regiment.
