By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following changes of command effective 15 May 2023.

Thank you, Lieutenant General James Olsen, Baron Grays Harbor, RMMC for all you have done as the Commanding Officer of First CORPS, you have been relieved.

Major General William T. Farley, RMMC is assigned as Commanding Officer of First CORPS.

I hereby authorize the following brevets under Corps Directive 02-2204 and Corps Directive 03-2204:

William T. Farley to Lieutenant General.
