Buplan Directive 1911-01 was issued 15 November 2019 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It is the appointment of the Historian position in the Bureau of Planning.

Master At Arms John Chambers:
Effective immediately, you are appointed to the position of Historian for the Bureau of Planning, with all rights and responsibilities associates with that role. You are hereby ordered to report to Chief of Staff, Captain Kenton, who will give you a tour of the offices and get you settled at the Historical Center. Director Bruns has pushed some of the documents out of the way to make space for you in the Historical Center Office. Be careful where you step in there…
