BuTrain Order 018-22 was issued on 2 February 2022 by the Commandant of the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy. This order appointed the Engineering Department head to that institution.

As of the date of this order, S2/c Frank Gingrich is hereby ordered to report to the IMNA Engineering Department to assume his new post as Department Head. In addition, he is hereby promoted to Chief Petty Officer, as befits his new position. May the Tester guide the work you do in your new position.
