BuTrain Order 078-21 was issued on 24 November 2021 by the Commandant of the Imperial Prinz Adalbert Marineakademie. It appointed two Senior Instructors to the subcolleges of that institution.

LTJG William Cole is hereby appointed to the position of Senior Instructor for the Frederick the Great School of Naval Exception effective 18 November 2021.
CPO James Forgie is hereby appointed to the position of Senior Instructor for the Tsingtao College of Naval Specialization, Engineering School effective 24 November 2021.
