CAPT (JG) Kerry Kuhn is hereby appointed to the position of Senior Instructor for the Tsingtao College of Naval Specialization, Deck School effective 24 October 2021.
ENS Blake Filkins is hereby appointed to the position of Senior Instructor for the Tsingtao College of Naval Specialization, Deck School effective 24 October 2021.
