Isaiah MacKenzie Naval Academy

As of the date of this order, Captain Richard Aaron Davenport is entrusted with the trust to help the Isaiah MacKenzie Commandant to manage the Academy as the new Vice Commandant.
Captain Davenport, you are hereby ordered to report to your new position to assume your duties.
