As of the date of this order, Lieutenant SG Jessica Willow Barnhill is entrusted with the authority to manage the Isaiah MacKenzie TSC and promoted to Commander (O-5).
Commander Barnhill, you are hereby ordered to report to your new position to assume your duties.
