BuTrain Order 011-20 was issued on 22 January, 2020 by IMNA Commandant CDRE Lohengrin Perez, KDE, SC, GS, CBM, GSN. This order appoints the Chief of Staff of the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy.

Isaiah MacKenzie Naval Academy Office of the Commandant

Petty Officer 2nd Class Jessica Willow Barnhill (RMN-4419-17) is hereby appointed to the position of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy Technical Specialties College Chief of Staff and promoted to Lieutenant Senior Grade (O-3). Lieutenant SG Barnhill, you are hereby ordered to report to your new position to assume your duties.
