BuShips Directive 1602-11 was issued on 22 February 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command for HMS Musashi (BC-775).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 25, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Musashi (BC-775). This is a Nike Class Battlecruiser under the Command of Captain, j.g. Timothy Bailey and is assigned to the Second Fleet, based in Grafton, WI.
The New Executive Officer is:
- Commander Chris Maka
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Chris Maka to Commander
Additionally, the following person is reduced to the permanent rank as indicated:
- David Poll to Spacer 3rd Class
