BuShips Directive 1510-15 was issued on 31 October 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Duke of Cromarty.

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 31, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Duke of Cromarty (QY-04), under the command of Captain, junior grade Philip Clayton. This is the Royal Yacht and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Salem, SC.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Duke of Cromarty:
