BuPlan Directive 2001-04 was issued on 26 January 2020 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Intelligence Officer for the Bureau of Planning.

You are hereby directed to assume the position of Intelligence Officer, Bureau of Planning, with all rights and responsibilities of that role, effective 23 January, 2020. You are therefore promoted to the rank of Ensign, RMN so that you may carefully and diligently discharge those duties. You are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Chief of Staff, Bureau of Planning and take up your position. Herein fail not at your peril.
