BuShips Directive 2106-02 was issued on 10 June 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Bosun for HMS Havoc (DD-01).

Petty Officer First Class Lloyd:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Havoc (DD-01), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Bosun, relieving Chief Petty Officer Jonathan Atkins, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 10 June 2021.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Chief Petty Officer Atkins for his service as Bosun of Havoc and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
