As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:
Civilian One Lesley Irwin, is promoted to Civilian Two
Cadet Ranger Three James “JJ” Culmer is promoted to Senior Cadet Ranger
