Fleet Order 1911-E was issued 18 November 2019 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded Prisoner of War Medal to members participating in activities with the Mercenary Guild the official Four Horsemen Universe fan association.

On 24 August, 2019, the following members attended and participated in a meeting of The Mercenary Guild, the official Four Horseman Fan Association. While in appropriate uniforms of The Mercenary Guild, they wore TRMN headgear, and thus are hereby Awarded with the Prisoner of War Medal:

- Lieutenant (JG) Jim MCCOY , RMN, HMS Ajax
