Working Uniform: Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine
The working uniform is worn for duties that involve environments and tasks in which the wearer expects to get their clothing dirty. It is also authorized for general shipboard wear. This uniform is the first that many members will achieve and should be considered on par with the shipboard uniform and convention minimum.
Uniform
All ranks will wear a navy-blue, one piece, coverall with an open collar. No belt is worn. The coveralls may be worn bloused, or un-bloused, with black, low-topped, boots. All ranks will wear a white, crew neck, tee shirt under the coveralls. Alternatively, personnel are authorized to wear a solid-color, crew neck, tee shirt in a color that corresponds to their company. Consult with your local leadership for specific guidance.
Headgear
All ranks will wear a navy blue RMMM beret with the RMMM flash positioned over the left eye
Branch Patch
All ranks will wear the RMMM patch affixed to the upper right sleeve.
Assignment and Company Patches
C-1 through C-17
- Personnel in the grades of C-1 through C-17 will wear their assignment patch and company patch affixed to the upper left sleeve.
C-18 through C-20
- Personnel in the grades of C-18 through C-20 will wear their company patch only affixed to the upper left sleeve.
C-21 through C-23
- Personnel in the grades of C-21 through C-23 do not display any patches on the upper left sleeve.
Name-tapes
C-1 through C-8
- Personnel in the grades of C-1 through C-8 will wear one, standard size, navy blue name tape directly above the left pocket. The name-tape features the wearers LAST NAME, FIRST INITIAL embroidered in silver.
C-12 through C-20
- Personnel in the grades of C-12 through C-20 will wear two, standard size, navy blue name tapes directly above the left pocket. The first name-tape will feature the department insignia in gold, as well as the wearers rank in gold or silver, as appropriate. The second name-tape is worn directly above the first and features the wearers LAST NAME, FIRST INITIAL embroidered in gold.

Aerospace Wings and Space Warfare Badge
All ranks are authorized to wear embroidered versions of earned aerospace wings, and the appropriate embroidered space warfare badge, directly above the right pocket. If both are worn, the space warfare badge is always placed on the bottom. The wings and badges are embroidered in gold or silver, as appropriate, on standard size, navy blue name-tape material.
