Commander Darryl Hobbs has served with distinction as Commanding Officer, HMS Testudo for several years now. His service to the fleet, dedication to his chapter, and fine example have been recommended to me repeatedly by his Echelon CO's. As he has discharged his duties to a high standard of excellence, I hereby award him the Queen's Bravery Medal.

MENTION IN DISPATCHES
The Commanding Officer of Escort Division 06 made special mention in a recent report of Arasin and Rayanne Staubly who undertook over four hours of driving culminating in the roads in and around Atlanta specifically to augment the TRMN presence at the DragonCon Parade. With enthusiastic support for their CO's request, the above members are recognized as having been Mentioned in Dispatches.

Also be advised that Flotillenadmiral Wohlrab has plans to issue DragonCon related awards, and some of our personnel may be included there as well.
