As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby promote Michael Paquette to the rank of Captain, Junior Grade (O-6A), to be commensurate with his position as Executive Officer of the HMSS Greenwich.
