BuShips Directive 1611-15 was issued 21 November 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It details the relief of the command triads of multiple ships, reduces those commissioned and non-commissioned officers to their permanent ranks, and informs non-compliant ships of potential decommissioning.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby relieve the following persons from their command positions as listed:
SECOND FLEET
- Ann Schottler, XO HMS Hexapuma
SIXTH FLEET
- Trish Groendyk, Bosun HMS Lionheart
- Scarlet Travarra, XO HMS Pegasus
SEVENTH FLEET
- Aleksandra Izabela Bromblik, CO HMS Horatius
- Piotr Chodkowski, XO HMS Horatius
EIGHTH FLEET
- Edward Schneider, CO HMS Jonas Adcock
- Aaron Stevens, XO HMS Jonas Adcock
I also hereby direct that the following members be reduced in rank as shown below:
SECOND FLEET
- Ann Schottler to Lieutenant, senior grade
SIXTH FLEET
- Trish Groendyk to Petty Officer, 2nd Class
- Scarlet Travarra to Senior Chief Petty Officer
SEVENTH FLEET
- Aleksandra Izabela Bromblik to Senior Chief Petty Officer
- Piotr Chodkowski to Senior Chief Petty Officer
EIGHTH FLEET
- Edward Schneider to Lieutenant, senior grade
- Aaron Stevens to Lieutenant, senior grade
In addition, I do hereby direct the following vessels and their remaining command triads to complete a change of command naming new members of the Command Triads within thirty (30) days) as shown below. All new members of the Command Triads must be fully tested to the rank they will be assuming as part of the position:
SECOND FLEET
- HMS Hexapuma: Executive Officer
SIXTH FLEET
- HMS Lionheart: Bosun
- HMS Pegasus: Executive Officer
SEVENTH FLEET
- HMS Horatius: Commanding Officer, Executive Officer
EIGHTH FLEET
- HMS Jonas Adcock: Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Bosun
Failure to comply with this directive will result in the ships so named, above, being decommissioned without further notice. This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 21-NOV-16
