Admiralty Order 1102-03 was issued February 6, 2011 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It establishes The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.'s policy regarding fan fiction.

This Admiralty Order shall be the official policy on Fan Fiction within the Royal Manticoran Navy and all branches (RMN, RMMC, RMA, GSN) and all Chapters.
The RMN as an organization does not discourage Fan Fiction, however, due to the copyright nature of the body of work, and the wishes of David Weber, the RMN will not post or reproduce any Fan Fiction on or in any of its materials, including web pages, newsletters and any other publication.
