BuShips Directive 1510-05 was issued on 14 October 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Borzoi (DD-438).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 14, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Borsoi[1] (DD-438) , under the command of Lt. Commander Roon Marchant. This is a Wolfhound Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Coppell, TX.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Borsoi:
- Lt. Commander Roon Marchant (assigned as CO of HMS Borsoi)
- Lieutenant, senior grade Karl Gallagher (assigned as XO of HMS Borsoi)
- Chief Petty Officer John Atkinson (assignedas Bosun of HMS Borsoi)
- Spacer 3rd Class Miles McDaniel
- Spacer 3rd Class Jim Trent
- Spacer 3rd Class Beth Nelson
- Spacer 3rd Class Ton Tjarks
The following persons are breveted in rank:
