The Armsman's Cross With Laurel Wreath is an award is for gallantry within the Grayson Space Navy. No canonical references exist for recipients.
TRMN Information
This award is the second highest award for gallantry. This award is only available to non-commissioned officers & enlisted crew crewmembers in the Grayson Space Navy.
How to Obtain
The criteria for this award is exceptional service to the Grayson Space Navy in general, either by a) demonstrating consistently outstanding performance over time, or b) by performing a particular task or service to a high standard of excellence above and beyond the call of duty, but not enough to qualify for the Armsman's Cross with Diamonds.
