Fleet Order 1605-A was issued 1 May 2016 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded the Masadan Occupation Medal to then-WO1 Michael Cucchiarella.

Warrant Officer 1st Class Michael Cucchiarella, HMS Invincible, represented the Royal Manticoran Navy in full uniform performing volunteer service for Anime Twin Cities at Anime Detour, 22-24 April 2016.
Effective 31 July 2016 WO Cucciarella is hereby awarded the MASADAN OCCUPATION MEDAL, with thanks for his furtherance of cooperation between TRMN and an allied fan organization.
