Fleet Order 1804-B was issued 6 April 2018 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order appointed David Oliver Kling as the fleet's Charity Tracking Specialist, and brevetted him to the grade of E-6.

The First Space Lord has requested that all fleets compile reports of charitable activity performed by and donations given by fleet personnel, in order to assemble a picture of the overall impact of TRMN personnel.
In order to facilitate compliance with the 1SL's request, Spacer David Oliver KLING is appointed Charity Tracking Specialist on the staff of Second Fleet. The Tracking Specialist is responsible for recording charitable activity and donations submitted by fleet personnel and transmitting this to the Office of the First Space Lord. Effective 6 April 2018, Spacer Kling is brevetted to the grade of E-6 Petty Officer First Class.
Charitable activity is to be emailed to PO1 Kling at charity@2ndfleet.trmn.org. Spacer Kling will be the Second Fleet point of contact for inquiries regarding charity reporting.
