FLEET ORDER 1702-B, 21 February 2017 |
Congratulations to TRMN personnel who conducted the successful operations at CapriCon in Wheeling, IL, 17-19 February, including a recruiting table and hosting a hospitality party suite on Friday and Saturday night.
Several new recruits enlisted in TRMN and, at CapriCon Closing Ceremonies, The Royal Manticoran Navy was awarded the STAFF CHOICE AWARD by the convention’s Party Staff.
Effective 21 February 2017, the following personnel are awarded the HAVENITE OPERATIONAL SERVICE MEDAL for their participation:

- CAPTJG Geoff STRAYER
- CAPTJG Justin DUPRAS
- CAPTJG Tim BAILEY
- LTSG Rex HOOD

- C-2 Tammy COLLINS
- C-2 N. Frances MORITZ
- C-1 Karen BARNES
For any personnel that have been awarded the HOS previous to 2017, this award shall entitle them to add a cluster to their HOS ribbon.
Additionally, CAPTSG Garret BITKER is awarded the SILESIAN ANTI-PIRACY CAMPAIGN MEDAL (cluster) for travelling a qualifying distance to volunteer.
