The Protector has reposed special trust and confidence in the patriotism, valor, fidelity, and professional excellence of Ensign Tracey Briggs, GSN. In view of these qualities, completion of all requirements for advancement, and dedicated service aboard HMS Gallant, she is hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade, effective immediately.
