Commissioning of Midshipman Sir Elijah Dimas, KR, RMN.
As of the above date, I do hereby promote Midshipman Sir Elijah Dimas, KR to the rank of Ensign, RMN.
Ensign Dimas has successfully met every challenge placed before him and continues to fight them as they come. At this point, he has been awarded the Armed Forces Service Medal, thus certifying his eligibility for promotion to Ensign.
