Fourth Fleet Order 45-12311-19 was issued 23 November 2019 by Commanding Officer Fourth Fleet. This order makes a change to Fleet Staff.

RMN-2813-15 Rosemarie Underhill Lt(SG) GSN has requested to step down in order to take up a post aboard HMS Callisto 10th Fleet.
