Fleet Order 1702-A was issued 16 February 2017 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order issued the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal to fleet personnel who participated at HonorCon 2016.

My thanks to the personnel who, as is our tradition, represented Gryphon Fleet with distinction in Royal Manticoran Navy operations at HonorCon, held in Raleigh, NC, 28-30 October 2016:

- CDRE Wayne BRUNS, BuShips
- CAPTJG Jackie SNEDDEN, HMS Ajax
- MAJ Leah BLOODGOOD, RMMC, MarDet Incincible
- LTJG Sophia BULL, HMS Valkyrie
- MCWO Michael CUCCHIARELLA, HMS Invincible
- SMCPO Bill LOCHEN, BuPlan
- SMCPO Jacia BRUNS, HMS Imperatrix
- S1C Terry LASSALINE, HMS Ajax
All of the above performed qualifying activity for the Havenite War Campaign medal, but were previously awarded the HWC in 2016 for MantiCon participation.
Additionally, although all travelled a qualifying distance for the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign medal, some were previously awarded the SAPC in 2016. Therefore, by my authority as Commanding Officer 2nd Fleet, the following personnel are awarded the SILESIAN ANTI-PIRACY MEDAL, effective 31 OCTOBER 2016:
